Author Guideline
Pi International Journal of Mathematical Sciences welcomes original research articles, reviews, and case studies in all areas of mathematics. To ensure a smooth and efficient publication process, authors are requested to follow these guidelines:
Submission Process:
- Manuscripts should be submitted as email attachments to the editorial office or through the journal’s online submission system.
- Submissions should preferably use the journal’s official paper template to facilitate fast processing and publication.
Manuscript Criteria:
- Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism.
- No more than 20% of the content should be generated by AI tools.
- The work must be original and not previously published elsewhere.
- Writing should be clear, concise, and unambiguous.
- Data presented must be valid and accurate.
- Discussions and conclusions should be reasonable and well-supported by the data.
- Content must be relevant and of interest to the mathematical sciences community.
Manuscript Preparation:
Arrange your manuscript in the following order:
- Title
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Materials & Methods (or Methodology)
- Results & Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
- Manuscripts should be formatted according to the journal’s template and submitted in English using MS Word (.doc or .docx format).
Review and Publication Process:
- Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two members of the editorial board.
- Authors will receive a decision (acceptance or rejection) via email within 5–15 days of submission.
- Upon acceptance, authors must submit a signed copyright agreement, an author undertaking form, and proof of payment of the publication fee.
- Accepted papers will be published in current issue after all required documents are received.
Publication Charges:
- There is no fee for processing manuscripts.
- A nominal publication fee is required only upon acceptance of the paper.
